Pre-Sales Business Solution Consultant
As a Pre-Sales Business Solutions Consultant you will be a vital member of the team helping to position the value of VAZIR solutions to improve clients’ service propositions, IT and business efficiency. You will differentiate the software solution through customer relevant presentations including product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept and consultative chalk-and-talk sessions to establish needs and define optimum solutions. This role is a very specific pre-sales role and candidates must have previous experience demonstrating solutions to clients, rather than having a general sales background.


The successful Pre-Sales/Business Solutions Consultant should have extensive knowledge of the CSP market with a strong track record in working in a sales environment in a similar organisation. You will have extensive experience in business software applications and presenting the benefits that can be delivered.


You will have the ability to demonstrate complex software concepts and product capabilities in a business relevant manner and have extensive experience of developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences. Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx (NGOSS) would be an advantage, but is not a pre-requisite.

Pre-Sales Engineer (C#/ASP.NET Developer)
As a Pre-Sales Engineer you will work in pre-sales with Business Solution Consultants.
Pre-Sales Engineers are an integral part of the small sales team in handling technical product & solution enquiries from both prospective Customers and Partners.   The role will also require the successful candidate to present high level demonstrations of the various elements of VAZIR Solution and its value propositions.


The successful Pre-Sales Engineer will need to be technically skilled and demonstrate a high level of understanding of C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, SQL Server, VB.NET, .NET implementations.  Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx (NGOSS) would be an advantage, but is not a pre-requisite. 


Communication at multiple levels is also key, articulating effectively to technical architects, developers, IT system administrators and non-technical content authors alike. An essential pre-requisite for success is that you are in tune with the sales and commercial process.

Professional Services Delivery Manager
A passionate focus on quality and timely delivery with a background in Services delivery within the CSP context is required to help ensure the smooth implementation of VAZIR within client organisations. Able to manage and execute a range of tasks including: development projects, testing, on-site installation, training and commissioning of products according to contracted agreements. Skilled in close customer negotiations on service details and processes used to support these services and focussed upon customer satisfaction.


The successful candidate will possess proven abilities to drive process and product changes in the spirit of continuous improvement and to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven team. He or she will be comfortable making formal presentations to prospects and customers and assisting in pre-sales and post-sales activity by providing the correct technical recommendations & delivery models to prospective customers.
