Stephen Newton, Non-executive Chairman

Stehen Newton, Non-executive Chairman, has over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and general management within the CSP Industry.  He is currently an investor and consultant with high growth software companies in the sector and holds a number of non-executive board positions. Previously in his career he was President, EMEA at Convergys Corporation (NYSE - CVG), where he had overall responsibility for the billing and customer care business in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Prior to Convergys, Stephen was COO at Geneva Technology, a Cambridge, UK based billing software company. As a member of the senior management team, he was responsible for executing the company strategy, achieving compound growth, from product launch, of 120% per annum reaching $50m revenues and 450 people. Geneva was acquired by Convergys in 2001 for $692m. Stephen is also an advisory director of the TMForum and a member of its executive committee. Stephen has a BSc in Civil Engineering from City University, London.

Atit Patel, Chief Executive Officer

Founder and CEO, Atit has more than 14 years of experience in the CSP industry in the Lifecycle Management and OSS fields. Atit has developed a PLM vision for the CSP market for last few years. He has worked with leading PLM Software Vendors to design solutions for the CSPs and non CSP customers.

Atit worked as Product Manager for Mobile Systems International, now Ericsson, and an OSS Consultant for Avanti Communication and as Business Development Director with Pink Elephant Software. Since 2002, as an Independent Consultant Atit has worked with many leading global Software Vendors, Systems Integrators, Operators and Infrastructure Vendors, providing OSS and PLM expertise.

Rokiah Ahamed, Non-executive Director

Rokiah Ahamed, Executive Director, is an MBA with specialisation in Strategic Marketing. Formerly Managing Director of SAP South West Asia and Corporate EVP of SAP Asia, Rokiah has had successful stints with Siemens Information Systems Limited, JD Edwards Inc and Reliance Industries Limited, holding top management and mentoring positions. Rokiah brings three decades of global enterprise management and IT products and solutions experience. She has built and successfully divested companies in the energy, high tech, IT and education industries.

Martin Creaner - Strategic Advisor

Martin Creaner, the President of TM Forum, has worked in the Telecommunications Industry for 20 years. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Martin held a number of executive positions with Motorola, the global telecoms equipment vendors and BT. With more than 700 member companies in 75 countries, TM Forum is the world’s leading industry association focused on improving business effectiveness for service providers and their suppliers.

Mark Watson, VP of Product Management

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the CSP industry. Mark has worked for leading equipment manufacturers, software vendors and consulting firms. He has a deep knowledge of OSS solutions and extensive experience in Product Management, particularly in the design of PLM solutions for CSPs.

Mark began his career at Motorola in the late 1980s. His career has gone on to include consulting, business development, project management and product management roles with various software and consulting firms in the industry, such as Mobile Systems International and Mycom International.
